All Chimney Services
Every chimney service we offer β 19 specialties. Tap any one for what is included, then call or send the form for a free estimate.
Sweep & Cleaning
The full professional sweep: rotary brushes scrub the flue from top to bottom while a HEPA vacuum keeps every speck of soot sealed in. The visit that keeps a chimney safe to burn in.
Chimney CleaningThe deep clean behind the sweep: creosote, soot and ash removed from flue, smoke shelf and firebox β the cleaning that kills the campfire smell and the fire risk with it.
Repair
Any chimney, any problem β leaks, cracks, crumbling brick, bad draw. Diagnosed on camera first, then repaired properly with the right materials.
Chimney Leak RepairWater by the fireplace, stains on the ceiling, a damp smell after rain β we trace the leak to its real entry point and seal it for good, not for a season.
Chimney Cap RepairA bent, rusted or loose cap lets rain and animals straight into your flue. We repair sound caps and tell you honestly when one is past saving.
Chimney Liner RepairCracked tiles, gaps at the joints, a liner that's shifting β liner faults found on camera and repaired so hot gases stay inside the flue where they belong.
Chimney Crown RepairThe crown is your chimney's roof. Cracks in it channel water straight into the brickwork β we cut out the damage and rebuild the surface with a proper wash.
Chimney Flashing RepairMost 'roof leaks' near a chimney are flashing leaks. We repair and reseal the metal flashing where the chimney meets the roof, step and counter flashing both.
Chimney Masonry and Mortar RepairCrumbling mortar and spalling brick let water in and weaken the stack. Joints are ground out and tuckpointed with matched mortar, damaged bricks replaced.
Chimney Rebuild and RestorationWhen a chimney is too far gone to patch: partial or full rebuilds from the roofline up, and restoration of older chimneys back to sound, original-looking condition.
Install & Replace
A quality stainless cap keeps rain, birds and sparks where they belong. Fitted to your flue, secured properly, and screened against animals.
Chimney Cap ReplacementOut with the rusted, undersized or storm-damaged cap, in with a stainless one sized to your flue β fitted and sealed the same visit in most cases.
Chimney Liner InstallationA new stainless steel liner gives an old or unlined chimney a smooth, sealed, correctly-sized flue β safer burning and a better draw.
Chimney Liner ReplacementWhen the old liner is cracked, shifted or corroded through, we remove it and install a new stainless liner β camera-verified before and after.
Chimney Crown ReplacementA crown too cracked to patch gets replaced outright: old concrete off, new crown formed and poured with the right slope and drip edge.
Chimney Flashing InstallationNew flashing installed the right way on new work and rebuilds: step flashing woven into the shingles, counter flashing cut into the mortar joint.
Chimney Flashing ReplacementFailed flashing is replaced, not smeared over: old metal out, new step and counter flashing in, sealed and tested so the leak stays gone.
Inspection & Care
A full inspection of flue, liner, cap, crown, flashing and firebox β camera inside the flue, with a plain-language report of what's safe, what's not, and what can wait.
Chimney Service and MaintenanceThe yearly visit that keeps a chimney safe and drawing well: sweep, inspection and the small fixes done in one appointment, before the burning season.
